Return & Refund Policy
If the fit isn’t right, we are happy to accept returns on garments that are unworn, with all security tags and labels still attached, within 14 days of receipt. Please note, bespoke items are non-refundable and do not comply with this policy.
Return Instructions:
• Shipping Costs:
Shipping for returns is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using your local post office for the best service and to obtain a tracking number.
• Our return instructions are included on the returns sheet inside your delivery package, making it easy to send your item back.
• Ensure you include the returns sheet with your return shipment.
• Lost Returns Sheet?
If you misplace the returns sheet, don’t worry! Simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you promptly.
Refund or Exchange:
When filling out the returns sheet, please indicate if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Some items may not be eligible for a refund.
• Pre-order items: Exchange only.
• Bespoke, pre-order, fur garments: Non-returnable, but exchanges will be offered.
Refund Processing:
• Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
• Returns for refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Card refunds may take up to 18 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. For further details, please contact your bank, as we are unable to adjust processing times.
Store Credit Refunds:
• If you prefer, we can issue a store credit refund, which will be sent as a code to your email inbox.
• Store credit will be available 2-3 days after processing and can be used exclusively in our online store.
We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, and we’re happy to accept exchanges under the following conditions:
• The garment must be unworn, with all security ribbons and labels intact.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt (excluding items listed).
• Pre-order and fur garments are non-returnable.
How to Exchange
1. Processing Time:
• Exchanges typically take 2-3 working days to process, plus delivery time.
2. Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs for returning items are not covered by us. However, we’ve made the process simple by providing return instructions on the returns sheet included with your delivery.
3. Returns Deadline:
• Please ensure your items are mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt and clearly indicate the replacement item you’d like.
4. Lost Your Returns Sheet?
• Don’t worry—email us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you.
Replacement Options
• You can exchange your item for any size or item in stock, and we’ll send the replacement back to you at no additional charge. Each item is eligible for one exchange.
• If your chosen replacement costs more:
• Purchase a gift card for the difference and notify us at [email protected].
• If the replacement is less expensive:
• The difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Alternatively, you can choose to refund the original item and purchase the new, lower-priced item separately.
We strive to make exchanges simple and hassle-free, so you can confidently find the right fit!
Sale Item
Items will be noted for final sale price cannot be refunded. Outlet items are non refundable
Late Returns
We regret that we cannot accept returns beyond 14 days from the date you received your order. Please ensure your return is initiated within this timeframe.
How to Return Items
To return your items, please use one of the following options:
1. Local Post Office:
• Use a signed-for service to ensure safe delivery.
• Request a tracking number to monitor your return’s progress.
2. Online Carrier Booking:
• Book with a reputable carrier online, ensuring a tracking number is provided for your return.
3. For Larger Items:
• We recommend using UPS or DPD for the return of larger items.
